Nice, France. May 31, 2013 — The organisers of the M2M Innovation World Congress have now revealed the Pre-Programme agenda for this autumn’s conference in Nice. A total of “10 thematic sessions and 50 eminent speakers” have been announced for the event that runs from September 24-26, 2013.
The event, which is being supported editorially by M2M Now, will detail the most innovative machine-to-machine (M2M) services cases, as well as the innovative ways to overcome ecosystem, business model and technological challenges. Some of the highlights of the 2013 event include:
Plenary Opening: 2013 M2M Services Innovation Sources
Several Keynote Presentations will show the road ahead to achieve the potential of M2M services, followed by a panel debate on how to streamline the delivery of M2M Services, in partnership with M2M Now magazine.
The agenda also includes Keynotes from Jürgen Hase, VP M2M Competence Centre, Deutsche Telekom; and Scott Kurth, Director, Accenture Technology Vision.
Track 1: M2M for Verticals — This is a 1.5 day track focused on the most innovative M2M application implementations, the lessons learned and advanced solutions in Smart Grids, Retail and Smart Home/Smart Devices.
Track 2: Strategies & Implementation — A 1.5 day track follows where M2M industry players and implementers from industry verticals will find tomorrow’s ecosystems and solutions that will drive M2M growth:
– Innovative ways to better integrate Ecosystems
– Focus on Big Data: High value of the M2M services lies here, monetise it
– Platforms Interoperability issues will be discussed: It might not be necessary to wait for universal standards
– Connectivity Challenges and Security are also part of the programme.
In a LIVE EXPERIENCES section visitors can discover and experience the potential of M2M services through various hands-on workshops, guided tours, private visits… Already scheduled:
