Being the Head of IoT and M2M, he has a specific focus on Partnerships, Ecosystems and Business Development. Since 2009 he has combined this with being the Marketing Director of the France Telecom M2M International Center of Competence, hosted by Mobistar in Brussels.

Gert Pauwels (Belgium, 1969) holds the degree of Industrial Engineer and Business Administration. (Economical engineer). He started as global Product Manager at Atlas Copco HQ in Antwerp, Belgium. In 2000 he joined Mobistar where he created in 2002 a specific M2M Business Unit.
