Telenor Connexion joins growing list of operators using Jasper platform to power mobile IoT

February 24, 2014Jasper Wireless, the connected devices platform powering the mobile Internet of Things (IoT), and Telenor Connexion, a leading provider of connected solutions, announced today that the companies have entered into a strategic partnership to power IoT and machine-to-machine (M2M) services globally.

Telenor Connexion has chosen the cloud-based Jasper Platform, designed for enterprises making the transition to connected businesses, “to enrich its existing portfolio of connected solutions, to gain flexibility and to support its technology agnostic approach”.

According to Telenor, Jasper makes it easy, efficient and cost-effective to implement connected services that bridge the gap between enterprise and their customers, leverage assets of connectivity to every device worldwide, and change the way business is done using applications that drive new sources of revenue and business growth.  To date, more than 2,500 enterprises have standardised on the Jasper platform across 15 mobile operator groups worldwide.
