Multi-Tech Systems, Inc. manufacturer of M2M/IoT devices with the shortest path to deploy wireless communications, will showcase live demonstrations of recently announced products MultiTech MultiConnect® Conduit,™ MultiTech DeviceHQ,™ and MultiConnect® Dragonfly at Embedded World, February 24-26 in Nürnberg, GERMANY.

MultiConnect Conduit is the industry’s configurable, manageable, and scalable communications gateway for industrial IoT applications and is ideal for numerous market segments including, Agricultural, Industrial, Smart Cities, and Medical. Each Conduit gateway has the ability to manage thousands of MultiConnect® mDots and other sensors and transmit their data over any cellular network to a customer’s preferred data management platform. mDots are inexpensive radios using the new Semtech LoRa™, low power, wide area RF modulation. mDots bring intelligence and reduced complexity and BOM cost to the very edge of the network by running ARM’s mbed OS on a low power ARM Cortex®-M series processor. A demonstration at Future Electronics, Ltd., Hall 4A/4A-110, will be harvesting sensor data and reporting to a cloud visualisation platform. A dice game will also be visualised on an Internet platform.

MultiConnect® Dragonfly™ the first ARM mbed Programmable Cellular System-on-Module, is a ready-to-integrate processing and communications device that offers an ARM mbed compatible software library for faster development. This all-in-one compact design allows developers to host their application and have access to a full suite of interfaces for connecting sensors or other remote assets. Dragonfly can be seen at Unitronic AG, Hall 5/5-354.

MultiTech DeviceHQ is the M2M industry’s first IoT online application store to enable customers to easily deploy and scale pre-developed applications on to their Conduit gateway and connect numerous devices. DeviceHQ allows customers to literally create and manage applications for in-field products through easy to use, drag-and-drop tools. This revolutionary platform will be showcased at MSC Technologies GmbH, an Avnet Company, Hall 2/2-240 and at Unitronic AG, Hall 5/5-354 .

“Our IoT platforms are highly intelligent and programmable down to the very edge of the network,” said MultiTech’s VP of product development, Daniel Quant. “With the use of Device HQ, solutions providers at last have access to a product that is easy to manage, quick to deploy and simple to scale. We are delighted the industry can now see MultiTech’s new products in action.”

MSC Technologies GmbH, an Avnet Company, Hall 2/2-240 and SPHINX Computer Vertriebs-GmbH, Hall 2/2-338 will also provide demonstrations that showcase MultiTech’s new offerings.
