Eurotech’s device and data management technology is to be combined with FSI‘s facility management solutions and vertical market expertise.
As a specialist in securely connecting distributed devices that make up the Internet of Things (IoT), Eurotech collaborates with customers, partners, integrators andoriginal device makers (ODMs) with the aim of bringing rugged, reliable and cost-effective data and device management solutions to vertical markets.
FSI will work with Eurotech to draw on the shared knowledge and experience of providing market specific solutions, using the Concept Evolution suite of facilities management software in combination with Everyware Device Cloud in the North EMEA region and associated territories.
Eurotech’s offering includes combinations of hardware, firmware, operating systems, M2M/IoT device middleware and device cloud services that are the basic building blocks for IoT infrastructures that drive business success. The company provides a real-time data collection and edge processing, addressing the challenges of creating end-to-end solutions to interconnect distributed smart objects and move valuable data from the field to the business applications. Eurotech offers an expert technology centre, innovating not only customer products but also their way of conducting business.
Eurotech’s CMO, Robert Andres commented: “There clearly is an increased understanding of the benefits the Internet of Things can bring to organisations of all sizes. Encapsulating the complexities associated with integrating distributed devices and assets in the field or in buildings requires well designed open architectures and ecosystem partners that have a deep understanding of their respective market. FSI clearly is a strong, competent and successful player in the facility management space allowing us to demonstrate together how IoT architectures and solutions can be implemented today – secure, efficient, future proof.”
Compton Darlington, business development director at FSI, added: “Eurotech values FSI as an industry leading solution provider, having recognised both FSI’s position in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Integrated Workplace Management Systems, as well as our impressive client list. The approach was very timely, as it is in line with FSI’s Internet of Things ethos. With Eurotech, we will team with a leading innovator in the IoT landscape, and we are very excited with this new partnership.”
