Axiros and PHITECH launch cohesive IoT solutions for Taiwan market

Axiros, a global provider in device management and IoT solutions for service providers, enterprises, and OEMs, has announced that it has partnered with PHITECH Corporation, the Taiwanese communications and network integration solutions provider, to bring TR-069 advanced device management to service providers and device manufacturers in Taiwan.

Using the Axiros suite, PHITECH is able to offer broadband service provider customers a sophisticated communications, IoT and smart home device management and Quality of Service/Experience (QoE/QoS) platform.

“PHITECH needed a comprehensive solution to provide its telco, cable and LTE customers with an access-agnostic, intelligent way to manage all devices for Fixed, LTE, Femto & Fiber etc across a number of different networks,” commented T.L. Hu, president of PHITECH. “By incorporating Axiros’ solutions, PHITECH gives its customers better access to an integrated management platform and supplement its leading product line with additional tools for this burgeoning market demand.”

PHITECH is using the Axiros device management suite – including:

  • AXESS.ACS: The world’s most popular Auto Configuration Server for open device management including TR-069
  • AXACT: A sophisticated, advanced CWMP client and device management protocol stack used to provide TR-069 functionality to nearly any kind of device
  • AXTRACT: Delivering best-in-class QoS/QoE monitoring and analytics for customer premise equipment (CPEs)

With AXTRACT, PHITECH can now offer its customers real-time analytics regarding service quality and end user behavior, thus providing the quickest response on claims and proactive care tools.
