Transavia signs contract with IoT solutions provider Teleena for global data connectivity

Teleena, a global provider for IoT and MVNO solutions, is partnering with Transavia to deliver worldwide data connectivity for Transavia’s Electronic Flight Bag device.

With this partnership, Transavia’s global Electronic Flight Bag project can be fully supported with global data against local rates.

“With our Electronic Flight Bag project we realise a major time and cost saving for our pilots. They now, always have the latest information on their device. For this solution we need a trusted connectivity partner that is able to support the roll-out of this service. With Teleena we have found this trusted partner says Michel van Hout, Transavia’s VP ICT.

Teleena’s business development manager Mourad Mouhouty commented, “This partnership shows the importance of safe and reliable global data connectivity for improvement of business processes of our customers. With our network and technology agnostic platform we can offer the best-of-breed global connectivity services for most, diverse scenarios”.
