HCL Technologies acquires Strong-Bridge Envision to improve consulting services for digital transformation

HCL Technologies (HCL), a global technology company, announced the acquisition of Strong-Bridge Envision (SBE) , a consulting firm for digital transformation with offices in Seattle, Denver, Atlanta and New York. With this acquisition, SBE will be part of the global and analytical business of HCL (Services mode 2 of HCL).

“SBE will improve our offer of digital consulting services thanks to its solid benefits for the development of the digital strategy, the agile management of the program, the management of the change of the transformation and the organisation of the business. These features combined with our next generation Mode 2 offer in Experience Design, Application Modernisation and Data Analysis will help us deliver comprehensive digital paths to our customers, “said Anand Birje, corporate vice president and director of Digital and Analytical Practice of HCL Technologies.
