Eurotech joins NVIDIA network as preferred OEM partner

Eurotech, a provider of rugged and industrial-grade embedded boards and systems, edge computing platforms and Internet of Things (IoT) enablement solutions, announced today that it has joined the NVIDIA Partner Network (NPN) as a Preferred OEM Partner.

Eurotech brings supercomputing performances to the edge with its HPEC systems and boards for faster data access, storage and computation, enabling AI, virtualisation and heavy-duty workloads at the edge.

Bringing high-performance computing capabilities from data centre to field-deployable applications requires reducing space, weight and power consumption, increasing robustness and reliability while maintaining the same advanced computational performance and energy efficiency under very harsh operating conditions that include dust, lack of airflow for cooling, temperature extremes, shocks and vibrations.

More traditional embedded applications need power-efficient acceleration of multiple tasks, including AI, automatic vision and analytics. Joining the NPN will support Eurotech in acquiring cutting-edge capabilities in fanless, ventless IoT gateways and edge computers that target industrialrailwayautomotive and defense applications.

The NPN program will offer Eurotech engineers access to the NVIDIA ecosystem of AI expertise, further supporting Eurotech’s mission to offer unprecedented HPEC edge and embedded computing platforms that let integrators and end users accelerate their time to market.

“It is a great privilege to become an NVIDIA-qualified OEM partner,” said Eurotech’s CP&MO, Giuseppe Surace. “By joining the NPN, we will make top technologies for HPEC and fanless embedded systems available to our customers, addressing the most complex topics in the AI at the edge environment with a portfolio of products targeting a wide range of use cases”.

“Eurotech has long been an industry provider of the design and development of HPEC systems,” said Alfred Manhart, VP of Channel Business for EMEA at NVIDIA. “Joining the NPN offers Eurotech access to a global ecosystem of AI expertise and educational resources that will enhance its ability to meet the growing demands of edge computing customers”.
