Globe has announced a partnership with GMS, an AI-driven communications solutions partner, to build the future of customer experience for enterprises in the Philippines. The move will use GMS’ AI communications solutions to create added value for its growing number of customers amid its expansion.

Through this partnership, Globe is deploying the latest technology in GenAI, conversational AI and CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service) to its enterprise customer base across industries to help them improve customer experience and engagement, increase operational efficiency, enable data-driven decision-making and decrease costs. This is in line with Globe’s strategy to support businesses with enabling solutions that will help improve efficiencies and overall business performance.

“We’ve had a highly successful collaboration with GMS for international A2P messaging through our portfolio company m360 for several years. Now, we are excited to extend our partnership because we believe GMS’ redefined business strategy aligns with Globe’s goal to empower each Filipino with every day digital solutions,” said Ernest Cu, a president and CEO of the Globe Group. “GMS’ proven track record and deep expertise in the Mobile Network Operator (MNO) business, as well as their innovative approach in developing communications solutions to enterprises worldwide will be invaluable in the next step of Globe’s journey.”

With the partnership, Globe and GMS will aim to provide a better experience for enterprise customers through a complete, omnichannel campaign suite, deploying ConvAI tools such as chatbots to support first touchpoints and using GenAI to support content creation as well as analysis and insights.

This will result in increased customer satisfaction, trust and loyalty, ultimately driving revenue. GMS’ know-how in innovative communications solutions will also enable Globe to deliver even more sustainable business to its customers and their end users.

“Building on our strong legacy in messaging and our profound knowledge of the MNO and enterprise business, GMS is shifting its focus to the AI-driven future of communications,” said Charles Upchurch, the CEO of GMS. “We’re leading this transformation by partnering with our clients and supporting them at every step of their journey. And we are excited to have this major partnership with Globe as it continues to expand its menu of digital solutions,”
