Nokia, NTT DATA, Telefónica Tech ranked #1 champion private network vendors by Kaleido Intelligence

Kaleido Intelligence, an IoT connectivity and roaming research and consulting firm, has released its latest Private Network Vendor Hub, presenting the industry’s most comprehensive product assessment and competitive analysis of private network vendors.

The Private Networks Vendor Hub: Competitive Analysis 2025-26 research analysed 49 established and emerging private network service providers. It includes an in-depth evaluation of the private network service offerings, as well as a taxonomy to firmly identify each vendor’s place in the overall market.

The study is the culmination of more than 5 months’ worth of primary and secondary research, including product demos, questionnaires and detailed interviews and briefings to collect relevant information.

8 vendors achieve champion status in analysis of changing market

Druid Software, Ericsson, Nokia, NTT DATA, Syniverse, Tata Communications, Telefónica Tech and ZTE all achieved Champion status in their respective categories.

The Number 1 and Champion vendors across key private network product segments as scored by Kaleido Intelligence are included in the accompanying infographic.

Additionally, 20 vendors were recognised as Kaleido High Flyers across the 4 categories. This recognition highlights companies with a strong and comprehensive industry offering. They consistently outperform expectations in technical leadership and innovation, making them highly capable and valuable partners.

Nokia and NTT DATA maintain product excellence

Nokia has been rated the #1 vendor for private network software and hardware for the third year running, as well as retaining Champion status for its end-to-end managed service offering and strong industrial edge computing and network monitoring solutions. NTT also remains a Champion for Private Network Management, with a solid integrated offering, large ecosystem of software partners and connectivity management tools, both as an integrator and through its subsidiary Transatel.

The leadership scoring analysis for 49 different private network vendors is summarised in the Private Networks Vendor Hub 2025-26 report, along with an assessment of company strengths and opportunities. Kaleido’s Vendor Hub assessment entails categorising vendors based on their product excellence, recognising each company’s distinct market positioning, problem-solving skills and their ability to align with current market needs and future demands.
