Aeris, a global Internet of Things (IoT) Solutions provider, has announced the closing of the purchase of Ericsson’s IoT Accelerator (IoT-A) and Connected Vehicle Cloud (CVC) businesses and related assets. Ericsson will establish a small stake in the new Aeris.
