Nokia has joined the UK’s Bristol Is Open initiative, becoming the first major telecoms vendor to participate in Bristol’s living laboratory and underlining its commitment to smart city solutions, an increasingly important part of our connected world.

London and Bristol are Britain’s leading “smart cities”, according to new research commissioned by Huawei UK and conducted by Navigant Consulting.

NEC Corporation has signed a long-term partnership agreement with Bristol Is Open, an ambitious smart city initiative in the UK.
