Comverge

Itron, Inc., a technology and services company in the energy and water sectors, has completed its previously announced acquisition of privately-held Comverge by purchasing its parent company, Peak Holding Corp., for approximately US$100 million.

Norcross, Georgia, USA – Comverge, Inc. (Nasdaq:COMV), a provider of Intelligent Energy Management systems for residential, commercial and industrial customers, has agreed to be acquired by Peak Merger Corp., an affiliate of H.I.G. Capital, LLC.
