Cubic Telecom and Audi have announced a partnership to bring Audi’s connected car infotainment services to drivers across Europe. The partnership will deliver robust, low-cost connectivity for more than a million Audi drivers across Europe, becoming the largest-scale rollout within Cubic Telecom’s machine-to-machine (M2M) connectivity initiatives.

Cubic Telecom has announced it has launched the largest independent LTE platform in Europe for machine to machine (M2M) and connected car applications.

Dublin, Ireland: Cubic Telecom has secured a US$5 million investment from Qualcomm and Sierra Wireless. Added to earlier financing rounds, this brings total investments in the Irish start-up to date to $15 million. Cubic Telecom is also launching a new funding round to secure a further $15 million from investors.
