Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan agree to co-operate on creation of joint emergency call system

Moscow, Russia. June 3, 2013 — Officials from three federal operators have met in Moscow to confirm their planned discussions on co-operating to create a joint system for handling emergencies. The co-operating countries are the Republics of Russia, Kazakhstan, and Belarus.
