The Open Interconnect Consortium (OIC) has announced the availability of an important update for developers that will help organisations swiftly navigate the OIC’s resources.

The Internet of Things (IoT) Tech Expo Europe 2016 event are expected to bring together key industries — including Manufacturing, Transport, Health, Logistics, Government, Energy and Automotive – from across Europe for two days of top-level content and discussion.

The Open Interconnect Consortium (OIC) has announced is to acquire substantially all of the assets of the UPnP Forum. In exchange, OIC will offer membership to UPnP Forum members, in a move designed to consolidate Standards Efforts for Internet of Things (IoT).
