Sonera

Nokia conducted a trial using NB-IoT (Narrowband Internet of Things) technology on Finnish operator Sonera’s commercial 4G network to accelerate the creation of an IoT ecosystem, and provide support for the ever-growing number of IoT-connected devices.

Sonera and Cumulocity, an IoT (Internet of Things) platform provider, have started cooperation. Cumulocity’s platform will be installed in Sonera’s own cloud environment, which not only enables high security but also high-speed customer solutions.
