ThingWorx, a PTC® (Nasdaq: PTC) business and an Internet of Things (IoT) platform provider, announced that Etisalat, a Telecommunications provider operating in the Middle-East, Africa and Asia, has signed a Group Framework Agreement to deploy the ThingWorx IoT Development Platform to enable new innovative IoT and M2M services throughout the regions that it serves.
