IBM announced it has acquired Oniqua Holdings Pty Ltd., a global innovator in Maintenance Repair and Operations (MRO) Inventory Optimisation solutions and services focused on mining, oil & gas, transportation, utilities, manufacturing and other asset-intensive industries.
