West Malling, Kent, UK. March 12, 2013 — M2M Now has appointed Gert Pauwels, M2M Marketing Director at Orange Business Services, to its growing Editorial Advisory Board. Gert Pauwels was born in Belgium in 1969 and holds an Industrial Engineer and Business Administration degree (Economical engineer). He started as global Product Manager at Atlas Copco headquarters in Antwerp, Belgium, and in 2000 he joined Mobistar where in 2002 he created a specific M2M Business Unit.
As Marketing Director he has a specific focus on partnerships, ecosystems and business development. Since 2009 he has combined this with being the Marketing Director of the France Telecom M2M International Centre of Competence, hosted by Mobistar in Brussels.
