(GLOBE NEWSWIRE). 22nd August 2022 – Communications enabler, Cloverleaf Networks reports that it has agreed terms on a Definitive Agreement to acquire the collaboration and Internet of Things (IoT) platform Ryver. The agreement will be effective from August 22, 2022. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
