Lantronix launches M2M professional services

London, UK – Lantronix, Inc., a leading global provider of smart IoT (Internet of Things) connectivity solutions, has launched Lantronix professional services to assist customers in the development and deployment of custom M2M applications and solutions. The range of services spans minor engineering to large, enterprise-level projects, including developing fully customised versions and deployments of Lantronix products.

Industry analysts estimate there are currently more than 15 billion connected devices on the Internet – from PCs, laptops, smartphones and tablets, to factory equipment, vending machines and security systems. International Data Corporation (IDC) estimates the components, processes, and supporting IT and connectivity for IoT, and the related IoT services spending to generate global revenues of US$8.9 trillion by 2020, growing at a compound annual rate (CAGR) of 7.9%, all supporting an estimated 212 billion connected devices by 2020.
