Telenor Connexion and Haltian partner to provide connected business solutions to new markets

The collaboration aims to enable companies in Finnish, Baltic and Russian markets to quickly realise the value of connected services.

Telenor Connexion, an enabler of connected business solutions and Haltian Ltd, a Finnish product development company specialising in wireless technology, today announced a joint partnership to provide Finnish, Baltic and Russian markets with connected business solutions.

Companies of all kinds are now connecting their products at an ever accelerating pace. For these businesses, connected services open up opportunities to increase efficiency and revenue and to introduce smarter ways of working, but the overall objective is naturally to stay competitive.

The collaboration between Haltian and Telenor Connexion will allow companies in Finnish, Baltic and Russian markets to quickly realize the value of connected services.

“Our partnership provides companies in these markets with the connected solutions, tools and support needed to advance in today’s increasingly competitive market, where being connected gets you ahead of the game”, says Pasi Leipälä, CEO at Haltian. “By partnering with Telenor Connexion we can provide our customers with a complete offering including cloud services”.

Under the agreement, Telenor Connexion’s more than 15 years of experience in global deployments of connected solutions will be combined with Haltian’s proven design and hardware expertise. The two companies aim to provide their customers with end-to-end solutions including hardware, software, design and operations.

“This partnership supports our push into new markets and strengthens our presence in the Nordic region”, says Fredrik Åkerlind, VP of Sales at Telenor Connexion. “Like Telenor Connexion, Haltian is a fast-growing entrepreneurial company with a can do attitude. We believe this will be a mutually beneficial and rewarding relationship that will benefit the customers and our companies alike”.
