To achieve and sustain this level of growth, to take advantage of the technological infrastructure, and to account for the recent urbanisation and climate-change trends, governments must plan for and manage resources differently. And this is leading us to the advent of smart cities.
What is a Smart City? The term Smart City seems to be ambiguous and often times misleading. And it seems that if you ask ten people what the term means, you may get eleven different answers.
