Particle, an Internet of Things device platform, has released a new Cellular IoT SIM Management solution for large fleets.
This reportedly enables enterprise clients to effectively scale cellular IoT solutions addressing high-impact business challenges like asset tracking, compliance monitoring, and preventative maintenance.
In professional cellular IoT deployments, enterprise clients must manage both a fleet of devices as well as the SIM cards that allow those devices to connect to the Internet. When a cellular fleet grows to thousands or tens of thousands of units, a need for a set of tools quickly emerges to avoid the headache of managing SIM cards on an individual basis. Particle’s Cellular IoT SIM Management for products creates a centralised control center for any number of SIM cards.
