Midas Touch launches 9.7in tablet PC designed for fleet management

The MTB-3097, a 9.7 inch tablet, powered by an Intel® Bay Trail 2930N or Intel Core™ i5/i7 processor has been launched. It is designed specifically for fleet management.

Multi-touch display with powerful processing

MTB-3097 is drop-tested at 120cm, and the integration of accessories into the main unit makes the entire system extra-resilient to damage from shock, drop or vibration. It is with IP 54 and MIL-810G. On the inside, the system is designed for powerful processing, using 4th generation, Intel® Core™ i5/i7 processor technology, and it supports Windows®8.1 embedded and windows 10 operating System.

Advanced communication options

MTB-3097 has the latest in complementary communications technology. The unit also has 802.11 WLAN in all its flavors: b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.0.

Customisable to your exact specifications

MTB-3097 stands apart from other Tablet PCs in its ability to be customised. By your request, we can build in to the system is 3G LTE communications, offering fast and secure data communications. The 9.7” display has options for high-brightness (1000cd/m2), sunlight-readable use.

One more optional feature set is MTB-3116’s can built-in dual camera (front and back), a barcode scanner, and RFID. It also can be desk- docked. A hot-swap battery feature allows for up to longer operation.
