Opportunities in Asia's M2M ecosystem to be discussed in Singapore in April

Singapore. September 4, 2012 — You may argue that the technology behind M2M has been around for a while and you wouldn’t be wrong, but event organisers Terrapinn say it is only now that Asian markets for M2M communications are starting to provide industry verticals the capacity to tap into this mobility.

Regulatory change, increased network coverage, higher data throughput and the continual search for innovation have led to mobile connectivity becoming one of the most substantial growth areas in industry.

The Mobile Show Asia (April 24-25, 2013, Suntec, Singapore) is one place where regional professionals in the mobility and regulatory space can come together to form partnerships, build client bases and uncover the future hot spots in the machine-to-machine (M2M) space in Asia.

At The Mobile Show Asia 2012, Terrapinn aims to bring together the mobile ecosystem to discuss the opportunities for M2M communications from industry verticals such as healthcare, automotive, logistics and utilities for in-depth discussions on Asia’s machine-to-machine future opportunities.

This year Terrapinn are continuing the discussions on M2M and the internet of things (IoT). The conference will examine:

* Strategies for multiple device management
* New robust M2M business models
* Standardisation platforms for M2M
* Regulatory shifts in the M2M space across Asia
* Multiple industry vertical best practices
* How operators can take a bigger share of the M2M opportunities

Terrapinn are still inviting speakers for 2013.
